Merge Duplicate Contacts
Apr 29, 2005Have you wanted to merge a contact record right from the contact? Here's a quick Web Link you can use. Remember this will only find contacts that belong to the same account.
Copy and past this link into your Web Link.

Is there a way to merge 2 duplicate companies? For example, lets say I had three companies listed: Booz Allen, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. Is there away to merge all information into one account?

Yes it is a standard feature from the Accounts tab that's called "Merge Accounts" Just like contacts. It would take all realted information and put them under one account. If there are field differences it will point those out and
