Embedded Help Using Grazr
Sep 20, 2006Steve Andersen blogs about another cool use of homepage widgets. This time it's a widget called Grazr, which lets you embed a tree-like outline similar to Windows Explorer, on the Salesforce.com sidebar. Steve's using it to document the business processes of the non-profit he works for. Here's a working demo:

Shouldn't a flow like that be done with the call scripting? Even if internal users are running through the scenario, if there are a set of steps and decision points and actions resulting from that flow, that's the model for the call scripting in Summer06.
