Today we announced Salesforce Content Exchange, a content management tool for the age of Web 2.0. It makes it incredibly easy to share documents, tag them, rate them, and even subscribe to feeds.

To give you an idea of the need this solves;

• How many times have you been looking for a particular document, but not been able to navigate the labyrinth of files and folders?
• How many times have you spammed your fellow employees with a message like “I’m looking for…”?
• How many times have you distributed a report or presentation, only to find that key information needs to be updated?
