Allow a filter function for viewing reports for Administrators. Userful particularly if working wihin Sales regional territories.

Reps need current toner and ink jet information not found in catalogs. Suggest that an on line reference page be kept and post with new cartridges as they occurr through out the year. This would vastly reduce calls to customer support.

Allow Admin ability to move users personal unpublished reports to another level, say Public Reports, without having to rename and save to another location. My example, a support member left the company and had over 200 personal reports that are used to produce management reports on a daily and weekly basis. It is taking a lot of valuable time to move these reports to a different location so another user can access them.

Make "Salesforce Mobile" free for any customer. It is absurd that I have to pay an additional $20 a month to simply access my data from my Blackberry. Had I known this when I signed up, I may have continued looking...elsewhere.

Can someone confirm that we will have "sites" delivered this Summer 09 for Enterprise customers. I have checked the new release documentation, but can find no reference to this. This is essential for me as i have created a whole visualforce application form which I need to deliver to my live system.
