Hi there

Probably not the correct forum but can anyone let me know.

If i have two territories UK and North America, how do I pull a report to analyse only the pipeline for the UK? It's nearing year end and I need to identify shortfall ASAP!

If this is a boring question, cheer yourself up, take a look at my photography blog.

thanks.

I bought Salesforce. After the buy, I find out 3 things. 1) Customer service means calling Costa Rica. I have no problem with Costa Rica in fact the people are very cool. We just have a language barrier I can’t understand. I live in the US and speak English. 2) I can’t get help on the weekends unless I BUY MORE with upgraded “Premium Service”. (You got me). 3) I just want to go to work and don’t have time to read and watch 500 videos and documents on how to set up. Not blaming ANYONE for all this but ME.

I just need help. Would anyone help me create some merge documents, labels, and other little things so I can just get back to work? I will pay not asking for anything free.

Create a custom field at the account level or opportunity level to indictate the territory.

Then you will be able to create Pipeline reports by Territory.

I am trying to differentiate my leads with a different sequencial automated number depending on what cagtegory they come under e.g one type start 0500.. and another type start 0200... (this is a hostorical thing before we had Salesforce but would still liked to be used, sort of like account numbers) but I would like to be able to select this type of lead when uploading. I know how to use the auto number field but would like it to do a little more so that I could select which type of auto number I would like depending on the type of lead.
Does anyone understand what I'm trying to do?
