Tips for Setting Up and Using the Salesforce Side Panel for Outlook
In our October blog post, we introduced a new Salesforce for Outlook feature—the Salesforce Side Panel. You can use it to view and work with Salesforce records directly in Microsoft® Outlook®, as well as add emails to the Salesforce records of your choice. And now that Spring ’13 is here and the Salesforce Side Panel is available, we want to show you first hand how it can help boost your productivity.
