Most valuable in this session: Showed why Spoke is more valuable than Hoover's, which is what we're currently using. Very practical info - love Spoke Software! Also, the Q&A was great; liked hearing how others approach prospecting
Liked least in this session: I would like to see reports that show metrics and how activity was turned into $$$.
