Is this presentation going to be posted soon? I'd love to get my hands on the javascript that enabled the auto-creation of a case (such as a password reset) with a single click on a link to an S Control.

Thank you for the update.
In anticipiation of the PPT being posted, would it be possible for you to post a sample string of the code that would be used for the SControl for the auto-creation of the case (or any object, for that matter).
I already have weblinks created for the creation, but I'm anxious to wrap them in teh JScript to prevent a new browswer window from appearing (or, to look at it another way - to have the results of the web link appear in teh "current" window).
Should you need to reach me, I'd be happy to post my real email address. I'm just trying to prevent spam spiders from scraping my email addy.
