Group Calendaring
Group calendaring will help your employees better collaborate and work
together as a team, as well as arrange meetings with prospects and
customers more efficiently. For example, a telesales rep who is
qualifying a prospect over the phone can at the same time schedule a
follow-up meeting for a field sales rep by accessing an individual
rep’s calendar or the team calendar for all field reps in the region.
Or, your marketing team can set up a public events calendar to provide
visibility into upcoming marketing events to the entire sales and
marketing organization.
This feature is available in all Editions.

Your best bet is to synch Salesforce with Outlook and then synch your Blackberry with Outlook. The other option is using AppExchange Mobile.

I have a blackberry also however use Lotus as email.
Today I have Salesforce sync with outlook, use Lotus Easy-
syncpro to sync with outlook and then the blackberry soft-
ware to sync with Lotus. It's a work around I wish could
be resolved!
