after calling a prospect thay ask me to call them in 180 days what is the process to ensure the prospect is not called / seen until then.

Your best bet is to assign yourself a follow up task for 180 days out.

When should I de-activate a campaign record? I'd like to limit the list that's accessible to the sales team to prevent associating to a past event, but I need to keep a full year or two of campaigns accessible for managment review.
