We are looking for a reliable company to handle mass email to targeted groups. Please review our recent experience using a company for this expressed purpose. We will avoid such lack of results with the right company.

Our recent experience using a mass emailing company:

Central Data System.Com, LLC (CDS) has had an opportunity to review Email marketing campaign results of Expedite Media Group Inc. and presented on our behalf and representing our product and service to approximately 58000 private investigators.

Understanding that our product offering is an information database service used on a massive scale by most investigative agencies, it is common knowledge in the industry that private investigators are always interested in discovering and reviewing new sources for the types of information that we provide.

We know from our own experience with this specific target market that we should have had much higher open percentage rate if for no other reason than curiosity of the product offering. We have been sending out e-mails to private investigators over the past three years with measurable results and sales conversions based on a 7 to 10 percent closing and a 35 to 40% open rate based on customer returned receipt information during our in-house controlled email campaigns.

Obviously our method is very slow, i.e., individual emailing compared with mass e-mailing technique convinced us that a pre-qualified email list and the right emailing company to handle this campaign would have provided us with exceptional closing opportunities resulting in continual and ongoing campaigns toward additional targeted markets. We anticipated the same basic measured response from the targeted customer base, but with a much higher results based on shear numbers. Of course this did not happen and the numbers were drastically low and incomprehensible.

Shortly after Campaign 1 started, we knew that something was wrong. We had a conversation with Kate Orf who also expressed concern regarding the unexplainable low click through rate. Kate was helpful and had the tech check your software system to determine if the system was operating properly.

To say the least, we are totally disheartened with the results, we question if the email campaign was pointing to an incorrect database or the date base itself is somehow corrupted.

The lack of results was totally disturbing, the campaign started at 8:47am on Feb 27, 2007, with the following results:

Messages Opened: 11,636 (20.26 %)
Click Through: 1 (0.01%)
Opt Out: 780 (6.70%)

A second campaign on March 6th, ending with nearly the same results:

Messages Opened: 11,732 (20.23%)
Click Through: 7 (0.06%)
Opt Out: 767 (6.54%)

Please readdress this issue, as we are still interested in the concept of mass e-mailing and will specifically target the Security Agency industry.

We await your response,

Best regards,
