Your CRM has many steps which could easily be automated and I feel as a sales development person that I have to click many fileds that don't need to be clicked.
I feel that your company is missing a huge opportunity by not simplifying and automating the screen processes for updating lead information, contact information and account information.
Your system is cumbersome and unneccessarily so.

I have several Sales Assistants who need to be able to edit their Sales person's tasks, however without Administrative privileges they are unable to do so. There needs to be a way to allow people to update tasks assigned to other users.

When will we be able to automate the email process? I want to send an email to every lead (not just web-generated leads) 1 day after they are created and 14 days after they are created. We can create workflow rules and tasks, but we can't automatically generate an html template to a lead on a set date.
