  • Workflow Rules: Create custom workflow rules with triggers based on any business event. As internal processes evolve, you can quickly and easily modify workflow rules to keep pace with your changing business needs.
  • Dynamic Task Creation and Assignment: Automatically create tasks when workflow rules are triggered. Tasks are dynamically assigned to the right person based on role.
  • Customizable Task Assignments: Pre-define tasks and populate them with standard data such as priority, status, and due date to ensure prompt follow-through.

What is written above is all standard information. But does not reference approval processes. The link to the page was listed as approval processes.

If someone has experience using this feature please let me know when you have 3-45 minutes to spare. We have an offline Insetion Order Process that I'm trying to put into Salesforce and I don't know where to start. Legal and Accounting have approval steps too. Thanks
