Mobile Product and Price-Book Access and Automated Lead Assignment
With full opportunity management on the go, your sales teams are always
prepared with the most-up-to-date information, able to add
products/pricing to opportunities, and able to respond to leads quickly
and efficiently as they are assigned.
- Create accurate and complete opportunities: Mobile workers can select price books for a given opportunity; add, delete, and edit products to a given opportunity; and change price books associated with an opportunity—all from their mobile device.
- Maximize productivity: Full console support for mobilizing product and price book entries, default queries, and the ability to search for products and price books not resident on their mobile devices give mobile workers complete access to the information they need on the road.
- Streamline lead management: Remote salespeople can capture leads while in the field and have them automatically routed to the appropriate person based on predetermined assignment rules in Salesforce.

- Speed problem resolution with customized support and login access permissions: Mobile workers can grant login access from their devices to admins and CSRs for help with profile debugging or data problems, and domain admins can grant login access to CSRs from the console (access can be revoked at any time).
- Increase mobile user adoption with streamlined password verification: A new Verify Password option on the login screen helps users easily synchronize Salesforce passwords with the locally stored passwords on their devices.

The APEX Mobile links on this page do not work. I want the user Guide for Blackberry and I am also looking for the installation guide for the Blackberry.

Admin and End User training links above seem to point to an invalid URL. On hover, they link to a dreamforce page, but when you click them, your linked back to Successforce -- and no training info.
