Winter ’07 takes Salesforce Analytics to a new level. You can integrate your Salesforce dashboards with third-party analytics to create analytic mash-ups that provide unlimited intelligence. In a single, consolidated view, users can analyze Salesforce data together with data from virtually any other system in the enterprise. Through the use of technologies such as Flash, Crystal Xcelcius, or Scalable Vector Graphics, you can visualize and interact with data in new ways that drive greater insight in to your organization’s performance.

This feature is available in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions, except where noted.

  • S-Controls as Embedded Dashboard Components: Inline integration with third-party and custom components enables the delivery of graphically-rich, interactive dashboards.
  • Customized Drill Through: Build guided analysis into dashboards by linking dashboard components to other dashboards or any other URL.
  • Read-Only Report Access: With Winter ’07, administrators can restrict users from performing ad hoc analysis and report creation. (Enterprise and Unlimited Editions Only)
