  • Attachment Synchronization: Key business documents in Lotus Notes can be tied to Salesforce records for convenient access. Email attachments marked for synchronization will be automatically added as attachments to the activity’s parent record in Salesforce.
  • Contextual Sync: Users can associate Lotus Notes meetings and to-do’s with relevant contacts and entities in Salesforce.
  • Quick Create: Without ever leaving Lotus Notes, users can create contacts, leads, and accounts on the fly directly in Salesforce.
