  • Master Solutions: Streamline the authoring process of a global knowledge base. Create master solutions in any language and easily create translated versions.
  • Maintain Translations: Quickly see when solutions are out of sync and need to be updated. Completed and outstanding translations are identified.
  • Automatic Workflow: When master solutions are edited, choose to automatically mark translated versions out of date, un-publish them, and send alerts to the owners for new translations.
  • Granular Control on Translated Solutions: Each translated solution can be managed independently, and publishing and workflow approval can be defined separately for each language, allowing in-country teams to operate autonomously.

  • Reporting: You can easily report on solutions with translations and manage your global knowledge base with ease.
