With partner role hierarchies, sales managers at your partner companies have visibility into the leads and opportunities that their sales reps are working. Furthermore, they can reassign leads from one partner sales rep to another based on skill sets or resource capacity. These capabilities empower your partners and improve sales effectiveness because partners know who is best qualified to work each deal.

- Multiple Partner Roles: You can manage up to three roles within each partner account: executive, management, and regular user. By having multiple roles, you can grant a sales manager visibility to all opportunities for her company, while her sales reps can only see the opportunities they own.
- Portal Roles and Subordinates: Queue and group creation is made easier with a new filter for portal roles and subordinates. This filter simplifies the process of sharing data with partners by making it easier for channel managers to identify partner roles.
