With the Spring ’08 release, Salesforce Content provides tools to help administrators manage their storage allowances more effectively. With reporting and alerts, you have everything necessary to delete unnecessary and archived materials or to take other steps to manage your content storage.
- Storage Usage Reporting: Monitor your content storage consumption with real-time alerts so you always know exactly how much capacity you have remaining and can take appropriate actions to ensure that you never run out of room for new documents.
- Capacity Alerts: You’ll receive an automated email alert once you reach 80 percent of your allotted storage capacity.
Note: Salesforce Content is a fee-based license option that is available for Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Edition customers. It is available in English only. You can license Salesforce Content for existing Salesforce CRM or Platform Edition subscribers as well as for individuals who do not currently have a Salesforce license.
