With Spring ’08, Salesforce Content makes this a reality with new search result hovers that provide users instant access to key content attributes without the extra clicks. And relative rankings provide immediate visual cues for the relevancy, popularity, or value of different documents in a given result set. You can even customize how search results are presented, including which fields—like title, tags, descriptions, downloads, and subscribers—are displayed and your preferred sorting order.
- Search Result Hovers: View document titles, authors, ratings, and other key attributes simply by hovering over search results, instead of clicking through to the underlying content details page.
- Customizable Search Results: Display and sort search results using only the fields you want, in the exact order you select, to navigate content more easily.
- Relative Rankings: See the relative number of downloads, subscribers, comments, and ratings for different documents in a results set, all in one glance.
Note: Salesforce Content is a fee-based license option that is available for Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Edition customers. It is available in English only.
