• NJ Transit Uses Sites to Track Group Trip Requests

  Here is a link to a public sector agency using Salesforce Sites to drive a key process - RAIL & LIGHT RAIL TRIP REQUESTS.    Sites will be available in the Salesforce Summer '09 Release.   This is a great example how a government agency, yes this works just as well for private sector companies too, can easily integrate their core CRM and ordering processes with their public web site.
