    Recently, Bill Murphy the Managing Director of BT Business shared some insight into how the Sales Cloud is driving value in BT's business.

    For BT, The Sales Cloud is driving:
    1.  Better prospecting
    2   Better collaboration with partners
    3.  Better management of contract handling

    In a down market, BT was able to grow share 25%.  This is a great ROI driven from the Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud.

    Watch a short video on the Service Cloud and listen to Frank Eliason, Director of Digital Customer Care, share how Comcast is using social media to capture what their customers are doing. 

    Using this new social media tool, Comcast is able to identify issues before the call center. They had an issue in San Francisco and customers were tweeting about this two hours before it hit the call center.
