  • Salesforce.com ISV Partner Program Bi-Annual Tiering - In Progress

    Every six months, salesforce.com collects information from our ISV community to recalibrate which partners will be members of our Registered, Select and Premier partner tiers.   As with the previous assessment we made last February, the Force.com ISV Partner Program rewards partners based on their success in three main categories:  Solution Qualification, Customer Success, and Joint Success.

    While we can track attainment in most of the categories and for most applications, we ask that you complete the partner scorecard survey by Friday, July 24, 2009, to supplement our information.
       

    The accuracy of your responses will ensure that you are placed at the correct program level and have access to all the salesforce.com programs and benefits that your success deserves, including promotion on the AppExchange, features in our customer facing newsletter, and engagement with sales.  

    We will announce the average scores across the tiers and post your tiering designation on August 2nd within the partner portal--these tiering designations are not made public. 


    If you have not received your partner scorecard survey by Tuesday, July 7, 2009, please send an email to partnersuccess@salesforce.com.  A personalized survey will be sent to your attention.
