As many of you may know, we recently released the Spring 08 partner portal which is based on a new  infrastructure.  All customers that enabled PRM after Feb 15th 2008 should be using this new infrastructure.  Customers that enabled PRM prior to Feb 15th, 2008 will likely still be using the old portal infrastructure.  The migration guide walks you through the process of migrating your partner portal to the new infrastructure.
