  • Did you know....you can share campaign info with partners???

    Elay Cohen Apr 15, 2008

Besides leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, fund requests, business plans and much much more, you can now share campaign information with partners.  Salesforce Partners extends more channel marketing and closed loop ROI reporting to the channel. This has been a top request by partners and we delivered this you as another program benefit to include in your Partner Portal.

As a partner, through the Salesforce Partners Portal, they can:

    1.  Add a campaign to a lead to track ROI

    2.  Create an opportunity from a campaign for closed loop marketing

    3.  Drill down on the campaign to view summary report of campaign results including # of leads, converted leads, contacts, opportunities, won opportunities, value of won opportunities, and responses)

    4.  View HTML email status history on leads

    5.  Search on campaigns

    6.  View campaign hierarchies

Below is a view of what a partner sees when they click on a campaign inside the Partner Portal.
