Below are frequently asked questions about the Winter '12 Preview:

Question: What happens to my Winter ‘12 Preview if I submit a sandbox refresh during the Sandbox Preview Window (after 11:59 PM PDT, September 9, 2011)?

Answer: Please note, if you submit a Sandbox refresh after 11:59 PM September 9, 2011, your Sandbox instance will revert back to the existing Summer ‘11 functionality until October 15, 2011.

Question: I've changed my mind, and do not want my Sandbox to participate in the Winter ‘12 Sandbox Preview after all. What should I do?

Answer: If you decide you would like your Sandbox instance to retain the existing Summer ‘11 functionality until October 15, 2011, identify your Sandbox instance and use the chart to determine next steps.

Question: I’ve changed my mind, and want to participate in the Winter ’12 Sandbox Preview.  What do I do?
Answer: If you decide you would like to participate in the Winter ‘12 Preview use the chart to determine next steps.

Question: I have multiple Sandboxes and I don't want all of them to participate in the Winter ‘12 Sandbox Preview.

Answer: Each Sandbox may either opt-in or opt-out of the Winter ‘12 Preview.  If you have multiple Sandboxes and don't want all of them to participate in the Winter ‘12 Preview, view the Sandbox Preview Window Instructions to determine next steps for each one individually.
