Using Salesforce Content to Improve Sales Enablement

We had a great session - both Lee Levitt from IDC and Tim did a really nice job - and we had a flurry of questions at the end. For those that couldn't join us, Lee covered the current challenges in sales enablement and outlined how Web 2.0 trends create opportunities to address them. Then Tim provided a brief introduction of Salesforce Content, followed by a quick demo.
