• Cool new AppExchange app bridges voice, text, and Salesforce

  Big kudos to Ribbit for their newly launched application that converts voicemail and memos to text and associates it to leads and contacts. They ran a very successful beta with over 75 salesforce.com customers, and the word on the street is that people love Ribbit because it saves time and automatically syncs up phone activity with workflow inside Salesforce.

  Here is the videocast from the "Revelation or Revolution: Putting Users in Control with Social Media" panel at the SIIA Netgain Conference, held at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco on May 18-19, 2008. The panel was moderated by Teri Mendelsohn (President, Mendelsohn Consulting) and featured Dave McClure (Entrepreneur and Blogger), Geoffrey Hyatt (Founder and CEO, Contact Networks), Justin Kestelyn (Sr Director, OTN, Oracle), and myself.
